About Us

Pure In Heart Ministries International (PIHMI) is a non-denominational Christ-centered church that aims to positively impact the lives of people through a message of love, hope, truth and other biblical principles.

The Ministry was birthed shortly after our Lead Pastor, Rev. Dr. Ryan Reynolds returned to Jamaica after being ordained as a Reverend at the Potter’s House International Ministries in New York. It was during a time of meditation and introspection when the Holy Spirit challenged him with a thought: “We all desire change but are we willing to be a part of the change?” Pastor Ryan was then led to Matthew 5:8 which says, ‘Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.’ With such prompting he was convicted to help others be a part of true and lasting change which begins in the heart. Being obedient to the Spirit of God, Pastor Ryan and his wife Pastor Dawnette Reynolds launched Pure in Heart Ministries International on September 7, 2014 in Kingston, Jamaica.

Matthew 5:8 continues to be our guide as we aspire to represent the fact that being Pure In Heart is not just something we say, but it is who we are. We live from the heart, we love from the heart, we give from the heart, we serve from the heart...We Are Pure In Heart!

Vision

To positively impact the lives of people through a message of hope; inspiring them to recognize their true potential and be supporters of change in their nation.

Our Mission

To point the heart of mankind in the direction of Jesus Christ; this leads to all truth. To heal the broken hearted and feed the poor. To give hope to the hopeless and to mold the youths of today to be leaders of tomorrow; using the word of God as our official guide.

Objectives

  • To effectively build the Kingdom of God, while making disciples.
  • To be a source of hope functioning on biblical principles.
  • To help citizens recognize their true calling and encourage them in purpose fulfilment.
  • To display the love of Christ without boundaries.

Core Values

  1. Love
Love and total obedience to God are the foundation on which Pure In Heart Ministries International was built (John 14:15). We aim to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and secondly, to love our neighbors as ourselves (Luke 10:27).
  2. Purity
We constantly seek to live according to the expectations of the Lord. We do this in how we speak (Ephesians 4:29), how we think (Philippians 4:8) and in our deeds (James 1:22).
  3. Excellence
We aspire to operate at the highest standard in everything we do (Colossians 3:23). As ambassadors of the kingdom of Heaven, we ensure that we represent our Kingdom well (Matthew 5:16).
  4. Integrity
This is our commitment to practicing the morals, values and instructions from the Word of God; which will produce honor, truth and reliability (Titus 2:7, Hebrews 13:18).
  5. Servanthood
We commit to the giving of our time, talent and resources in advancing the Kingdom of God (Ephesians 6:7, 1 Peter 4:10-11).
  6. Generosity
We aim to cheerfully display the Spirit of giving (2 Corinthians 8:5-9, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8).
  7. Accountability
We are accountable to God first, then to each other. We are our brother’s keeper (Proverbs 27:17, Hebrews 10:24–25, James 5:16).
  8. Loyalty
We commit to faithfulness and respect for each other. It’s essential to our service and shows our pledge to Jesus Christ (Mark 12:30-31, John 15:13).
  9. Humility
This is an attitude of our heart and our pursuit to replicate the character of God (Colossians 3:12, Philippians 2:3).

They are three separate beings but ONE God.
